Bambino's Birthday Week Begins
OK, so we're heading out of town later today in observance of the most important week of the calendar year. You'd think that might be art week in Miami or the Venice-Basel connection in early June, but you'd be wrong. It's the 7 days buffering the glorious day we celebrate far and wide how fortunate we are that God blessed the Earth with that adorable direct descendant of Genghis Khan, the one, the only: Bambino.Word on the street is that Bambino IS accepting gifts this year, which has some of us with near-empty wallets scrambling for creative ideas that only look expensive. Suggestions are welcome!Labels: personal

Happy Birthday to you!!!
Happy Birthday M!
Happy Birthday, Murat.
I can't send my good wishes in Turkish, Russian or Kirghiz, but I can sent a heartfelt AUGURI (good wishes) and centi'anni (may you live 100 years).
Besides, affection transcends words.

Gorgeous photo. He'd look really nice in a sort of fluffy black sweater. Happy celebrating to you both.
Awwwww!! That was the very sweetest post ever!!! Bambino sounds very loved!!! As for inexpensive gifts, really toasty cashmere socks??
Murat: Tulgan kunum menen!!!!!
Happy Birthday. Bambino doesn't look anything like Ghengis Khan. It's a beautiful picture.
And as for gifts. Art is good. It's what I always give because I have lots of it and no money.
God grant you many years!
Happy Belated Birthday to Bambino. Although I don't have the pleasure of knowing you, I wish you the best year with plenty of inspired moments!
Thanks to all for the kind wishes.
should note Bambino's actual birthday is tomorrow, 11/9...we simply celebrate it for a whole week ...must be a Kyrgyz thing :-)
happy celebrations to you both!
cheers
