The exhibition "Pricked: Extreme Embroidery" at the Museum of Arts & Design has been extended and will now be up until April 27. The Wall Street Journal, the Voice & the New York Times loved it, and Time Out New York picked it as one of the best exhibitions of 2007. Link here:

Count me among the confused. I went to see the Joy Garnett exhibition this past Tuesday and I saw a gallery filled with ladders and hangers instead. I think I saw you wearing a baseball cap looking absorbed. I was cosidering writing about the exhibition but I will have to wait and see if I can get downstate again before it closes.

I would like to invite everyone to come to the closing of "Bruce Licher, Projects 1979 - 2008" at Dangerous Curve in Los Angeles on March 1st from 7-10pm.

The Urinals, the LA punk mainstay, will be providing music.

Bruce, The Urinals and I all emerged from the same class at UCLA in the late 70s. Bruce is most well known for having founded Savage Republic and Independent Project Records and Press. The show is a retrospective of his letterpress output of nearly 30 years.

I just noticed that the nuclear explosion that illustrates your February 20th post is the same nuclear explosion in the upper left corner of the Barack Obama TIME cover that illustrates one of your February 21st posts!
