My kids are trying to kill me. One of them left a library-bound hardcover book on the basement steps so I could slip on it while carrying a 30-pound manual typewriter down the stairs.
I didn't die but I thought I was going to. It was very painful, but on the positive side, I now know, if I die in some kind of accident, what my last words are going to be.
"SWEET JESUS CHRIST!"

Fun stuff, though they don't seem to have my favorite, Oscar Wilde's (alleged)last words: "Either the wallpaper goes, or I do." File under "too good to check."
